Corporate Membership Program

Houston BCycle memberships are a great employee benefit. Businesses and organizations can help improve staff health and wellness while supporting a bike-share program that enhances quality of life for the City of Houston. Offer your employees an environmentally friendly transportation alternative that will benefit their health and happiness, and save them money on parking!

1. Pick a Corporate Membership level:

You pay only for the employees who sign up for your program.

Platinum - $65 company contribution - $0 employee contribution – Usage fee charged to company*

Gold
- $65 company contribution - $0 employee contribution – Usage fee charged to employee*

Silver
- $35 company contribution - $30 employee contribution – Usage fee charged to employee*

Bronze
- $20 company contribution - $45 employee contribution – Usage fee charged to employee*

*Rides longer than 60 minutes incur usage fees, charged to the employee's credit card linked to the membership 


2. Get Your Code

You will receive a unique promo code to distribute to your employees. We will also send you custom internal marketing materials to promote this new opportunity to your employees via flyer, email, etc. Any employee can sign up for their discounted membership by using the promo code and their company email address.

3. Pay Invoices

Each month we will send you an invoice listing every employee that signed up in the previous 30 days. You can process this payment with a company card or check.

MEMBER TRIP DATA

We will send you annual reports showing your employees’ activity with Houston BCycle. This information will include the number of trips, number of miles traveled, estimated calories burned, CO2 offset and gas money saved. This data will be yours to include on your annual reports or share as you wish.
